By accessing or using fitmono — whether via the website, progressive web app, or any related services — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of fitmono after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes by email or via an in-app notice.

fitmono is a fitness and nutrition tracking application that provides AI-powered meal logging, workout tracking, meal planning, and community challenges.

The service is offered on a freemium basis: a free tier with limited monthly access and a premium tier available via monthly subscription.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password. fitmono is not liable for loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account.

You may delete your account at any time from your profile settings or by contacting us. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Premium subscriptions are billed monthly at the rate shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

Subscriptions auto-renew each month unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel from your account settings at any time.

We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel, you retain premium access until the end of the current paid period.

Free-tier users receive a monthly trial of premium features. Trial duration is configurable and may change over time.

You agree not to use fitmono for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the service, its users, or third parties.

You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract data from fitmono using automated tools without our written permission.

You must not upload content that is false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or in violation of any applicable law.

Abuse of the free trial — including creating multiple accounts to circumvent trial limits — is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

You retain ownership of any content you upload (e.g., meal photos). By uploading content, you grant fitmono a limited, non-exclusive licence to use that content solely to provide the service.

We do not use your meal photos to train AI models without your explicit consent.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

All content on fitmono — including the brand, logo, UI design, text, and proprietary AI models — is owned by fitmono or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on fitmono's intellectual property without prior written consent.

fitmono provides nutritional information for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical or dietary advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making significant changes to your diet or exercise routine.

AI-generated nutritional estimates may not be 100% accurate. We do not warrant the precision of calorie or macro calculations.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, fitmono shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to fitmono in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
